Andrew Goldberg is a seasoned executive recruiter with a passion for building transformative teams that take companies to the next level. Through extensive research and talent mapping, he's skilled at pinpointing tailored solutions for the unique recruiting needs that arise in industry-disrupting and/or category-creating companies.

Andrew began recruiting at a top retained executive search firm in Los Angeles and then moved to the Bay Area in 2016 to be in the heart of technology. After recruiting for space tech companies and discovering his passion for next-gen technologies, he transitioned in-house to Luminar (self-driving car technology startup) as Head of Executive Recruiting. There, he created a complete recruiting infrastructure from scratch and ramped the company from 110 to 375 employees. Andrew recruited industry-leading executives to achieve aggressive business milestones, ultimately transitioning the company from R&D prototyping to series production deployment of advanced automotive technology.

Andrew is now excited to offer his recruiting expertise to leading tech companies looking for top talent solutions. He believes there's nothing better than seeing a transformative executive take a company to the next level.
